How can I reover my password for Trend InterScan Messaging Security Suite?

If you happen to lose your password for Trend’s InterScan Messaging Security Suite, it is very easy to reset.

1. The first step is to connect to the server that is hosting the IMSS application.
2. Next go to the IMSS directory (C:\Program Files\Trend\IMSS by default).
3. Make a backup of the file IsntSmtp.ini.
4. Open IsntSmtp.ini
5. Search for UILoginPassword
6. Delete the enitre line containing UILoginPassword
7. Save the file
8. Restart the service Trend Micro InterScan MSS System Monitor
